ADMIRAL KOLTCHAK RETIRES a
SEMENOFF THE NEW COMMANDER

The New York Times' Washington correspondent slates that Mr Lansing (Secryi ary for Slate) has announced that the State Department has been informed that Admiral Koitchak has appointed General Semerioff commander of the all Russian ibices east of Lake Baikal. Official circles interpret this to mean that Admiral-'Koltchak will shortly retire. from the leadership in Siberia, ami his successor will probably be General Deniken.
