The court lias declared valid the will of Lieutenant Frank Kirkley, who was killed during tile war. lie died at a clearing station, and just managed to scribble, “I leave all to her”;on the back of a miniaturfphotograph autographed Muriel. The girl inherits £320. A long delay occurred before the girl’s identity was proved.
