SLOWEST ON RECORD.
KOREANS JOURNEY TO PARIS. - LONDON, Dec. 18. The Daily Mail states that the invited Korean delegates who came to Paris, 10 discuss their national claims, made the slowest journey of the 20th century, taking over 28 weeks to cover a smaller distance than Captain Ross Smith flew in 28 days. ‘fhe delegates plaintively describe the tremendous difficulties and delays of the journey, A recent message stated that the correspondent of The Times at Paris,' referring to the absence of Korean representatives at the Pence Conference, said: —“Most of the delegates to the Peace Conference arrived by train, and some came by aeroplane, but Ike Korean representatives have only, just arrived, ton late to get a hearing. “They started on February 5, hut were compelled ta walk the whole distance, as they were without funds; They crossed Kolfchak’s lines, and went north to avoid the Bolsheviks. Finally they reached Paris by way of Archangel and Norway.”
