CONDITIONS ARE IMPROVING.

The Commission offers to hear every view fully.” General Allenby claimed that the unrest in Egypt was not special, but rather a symptom of voxatiousness under authority, which was manifest in many parts of the world as a result of the war. l!o concluded by saying that many respon ■ dili Egyptians wish to work alongside the British for the development of Egypt.
