LONDON Dec. 26. The Deal lifeboat responded to distress signals last evening and searched throughout the night 'during the gale.' The crew of the lifeboat found a large quantity of wreckage, suggesting that -a ship foundered after collision or broke' up on the I Goodwins. There is, no trace of tho ship's i crow.
