CLEMENCEAU CERTAIN OF ELECTION. By Eleotrio Telegraph.—Copyright. Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. PARIS, Dec. 26. Marcel Hutin learns that M. Clemencoau will be elected president with a majority of 750 vote*. M. Willerand will become Premier, and ex-President Poincare will probably join the Cabinet as Minister of Finance. Newspapers declare that even if M. Olemenceaxi declines nomination for tho Presidency, he will still bo elected. In thij event of Clemenecau giving a definite refusal it is practically certain that M. Deschanel will succeed Poincare.
