SUNDAY TRAINS.

Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Dec. 24. The Dunedin branch of the Locomotive Engineers’ Firemen and Cleaners’ Association discussed the question of the reinstatement of Sunday train services; find entered an emphatic protest. It was decided to demand double pay for all Sunday work. It was suggested at the meeting thanthe penal rate foy Sunday travelling would make up for any increased demands made, whilst discouraging Sunday traffic.
