B;i Electric-Telegraph.— . Austrtiian-New Zealand Cable Association WASmNGTGN, Dec. 22. Mexicans at Mazatlan arrested several American sailors and have refused k to release them. . . Tho State Department is,making overtures to Mexico on tho matter. Received December 24, 10.40 a.m. WASHINGTON, Doc. 21. The Navy Department has requested the State Department to take appropriate action to secure the release of tho two American sailors held in prison in Mexico City for more than a month.
