Norman Ross, who is reputed to bo the greatest swimmer in the world, and who belongs to America, has been invited by the Australian Swimming Association to take part: in some championship races. He is at present in Sydney, and will also visit Melbourne, and Brisbane, and is due back ill New Zealand next, .March. He will then visit the cities and '.principal towns. Ross, who held a commission in the American Aviation Corps, won all tho championships at the inter-Allied sports at Paris.
