DRUIDS’ CHRISTMAS TREE.
The Christmas tree assembly, arranged by tho Oroua Lodge of Di aids, was held in tho Oddfellows’ Hall, Cuba, street, last night, when there was a very largo attendance of adults and children. The interior ol tho building was tastefully decorated with bunting, while the tree itself was hung with guts of all descriptions. Shortly after nine i o’clock Father Christmas arrived at the ‘ i Hall, and a distribution of presents was made to the children. The arrangements were in the hands of a capable | committee, headed by the Arch Druid ! (Bro. S. E. Lloyd), who said that n good ideal of the credit for the entertainment was due to Bro. W. F. Cutler. During the evening a short concert was held, items being contributed by Miss Rosen, Miss Lucas, Mr L. rod, and Master Cutler, and retresb--1 ments were provided.
