Mr Hoover, interviewed, states that from 15,000,000 to 20,000,000 persons in the larger cities of Finland, .Poland and Austria are facing starvation. The United States Government grain corporation lias large quantities of surplus breadstuffs which should be sold to these countries on long time credits.
