MR LLOYD GEORGE’S PROPOSALS.

Mr Lloyd George, speaking in the House of Commons, said he would make a statement on the Irish proposals on Monday in view of the introduction of the Bill early next session. FURTHER OUTRAGES REPORTED. \u«tralian-New Zealand Cable Aasociati Received December 17, 11.20 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 15. Further outrages are reported from Ireland. A constable was shot dead in the street at Kalbrittain. No arrests were made. A man was stripped, torturid and mutilated in the Connemara district. His condition is critical. His assailants were men dressed as women. Shots were fired at- a train near St. Tinian’s Bay. Received December 17. 12.30 p.m. LONDON, Doc, 14. A Dublin messige reports that Constable Bolger was walking in Kilbrittain at dusk and was hot dead.
