(Per Press Association.) WANGANUI, Nov. 19. The Wanganui agricultural show opened to-day. Rain fell most of the afternoon. The championship awards were: Shorthorn bull, C. A. Turner (Eltham): cow, Dalziell Bros.; Aberdeen Angus bull and cow, C. G. Russell; Hereford bull and cow, G. F. Moore (Kai Iwi); Friesian bull and cow, Mcumahaki State Farm; Jersey bull and cow, il. I lodge (Alton); milking Shorthorn hull, Mrs J. Wall (Hastings); cow, V. H. Slack (Taikorca); Lincoln ram, W. Birch (Maxwelltown); ewe, Donald Bros. (Brunswick); Ryelands, ram and ewe, Moumahaki State Farm; Romney March ram, Blair and Hunter; ewe, Donald Bros. (Brunswick): Southdown ram and ewe, James Knight (Fcilding).
