HOSTILITIES TO CEASE ON ALL FRONTS. Received November 21, 9.20 a.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 20. The New Yorl: Times’ Poking correspondent says it D believed the Presidential mandate, ordering the cessation of hostilities on all fronts, will' result in the peaceful -elution of China’s civil war. Southern militarists have agreed to obey the mandate.
