SHOULD BE EXTRADITED. Zealand Cable Association. Received November 21, 8.40 a.in. LONDON, Nov. T9. There is a growing feeling that the ex-Kaiser's presence in Holland is a menace to Europe. Some newspapers demand that ho should bo extradited and put on trial. The Daily Chronicle’s Paris correspondent says the Allies’ inaction regarding the Kaiser has provoked anger and disgust. It is pointed out that the alleged abdication is enveloped in mystery, and it is questionable whether he has really signed away the rights of the Crown. There is nothing to vouch for the authenticity of the reports except ox-Chancellor Max’s bald announcement. . PUNISH THE CRIMINALS. OTTAWA, Nov. 11). The Canadian clubs and other organisations throughout Canada arc cabling to Sir Robert Borden in London, urging him to insist upon exemplary punishment of the Kaiser and every Hun criminal.
