A Belgian cominnniquc states that, the occupation of Antwerp is comphfe. The troops to-day are taking possession of the outer forts. The troops have also occupied Malines, Eppcghom, Vilvordo, and Brussels. The- capital is now completely occupied amid the greatest enthusiasm. AFTER THE CROWN PRINCE. Received November 21, 11.15 a.rn. AMSTERDAM. Nov. 19. The Telograaf states that an aeroplane, believed to bo a German, bombed Swaelmou Castle, Roermond. The Crown Prince was iu the castle, which was badly damaged. There were no casualties.
