The Secret Servicers have published two seized Sinn Fein documents. One is an unofficial account of the 1916 uprising, and <avs: “There is existing an agreement with Germanv. If the course of the war allows it. she establishes an Independent Ireland. The Secret Servicers possess other documents tending to show that several Sinn Reiners visited Germanv last year to arrange new revolution. It is intimated that several women were playing important paits in the movement. Several Sinn I'enters have recently arrived m the United States.

SINN FEINERS OUTWIT THE POLICE. IRISH VOLUNTEERS MEET AT AT WATERFORD. V XLERA’S BOAST: “ARMS TO MAKE IRELAND FREE.” Received November 13. 10.15 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 12. Large contingents of police and soldiers arrived at Waterford on Saturday to enforce a prohibition against a Sinn Fein meeting. Messrs Valera and Griffiths arrived m the evening, and crowds of local volunteers, boy scouts, and members of the Sum Fein Uub welcomed them, loudly cheering the leaders. A procession was formed, many carrying thick sticks. , ~ , The police prevented a group ot Kedmondites rushing Valera in the procession. Cordons of police and soldiers, with fixed bayonets, were posted at various points of tho city. Thu leaders reached their hotel safely. . , , ~ A meeting wa s held secretly during a rainstorm, m the afternoon three miles outside the city. Six hundred Irish volunteers attended. They outwitted the police by taking various routes. Only ton policemen were present at the meeting. . Valera, in a characteristic speech, said that they only wanted arms to make Ireland free.
