ALLEGED ILLEGAL OPERATION.
(Feb Paces Absociatiok.l AUCKLAND, Nov. 10. Mr Cutten, S.AL, as Coroner, held an inquiry on tho body of Vom Baker, & who died on November 5. He death was caused by acute septic peritonitis and that tho evidence warrants Hannah Matilda Dalton being tried on a charge of du,. unlawful use of an instrument, and Percy Norman Henry being tried on a charge of aidir.tr and abetting.
