AN ALLEGED VAGRANT.
(Pn> Pbesp Aproctation 1 WELLINGTON, Nov. 7. Arthur Chi Ids Dubourg Collins, a railway clerk, was charged in the Magistrate's Court to-day with neing a rogue and'a vagabond in that he. was found by night iu an enclosed yard. He was committed for trial. It is alleged the accused wa,s caught while peeping through the window of a young woman's bedroom.
