Mr Frazer, SAL, gave reserved judgment in the) case against the Auckland Star charged with having published, without military authority, tho where-, ulimits of a sea. going ship, tho oflem-o having particular reiercuce to the arrival of an oil launch inanno'd by for-’ eigners at Aiuitaki. The Magistrate hold that the oil launch in question was a sea going vessel according to the War Regulations, but the regulations applied only to British, Allied and neutral emit, and did not apply to this boat, nr the crew, who were alien. The information was dismissed.
