FORMULATES NEW DEMANDS ON THE ENTENTE POWERS. Australian-Now Zealand Cable Association. Received November 6, 11.40 a.m. PARIS, Nov. 5. Lo Matin’s Zurich correspondent states that Marshal von 11 indenburg presided at a great military- political council at which Count von LixiendorlT and most of the members of the Federal Council attended. It is reported that the Council dealt with the probable, revision of war aims in the direction of increasing Germany’s demands on her enemies. i
