GERMANY’S READINESS FOR PEACE. HERTLING TO MAKE A STATEMENT. Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. AMSTERDAM, Nov. 5. I linden burg and bold a twodays’ conference in Berlin. The greatest secrecy was preserved, but it is stated an agreement has not yet been reached. liertHag has accepted resignation. It is expected that HertHng will make a statement to the Reichstag on the 22ml hist, regarding Germany’s and Austria’s readiness for peace. Count Czcrnin is coming from Austria to settle the terms of the settlement.
