William Carl Stem, farmer, Shannon (Mr Oakley), appealed for an extension of time, and was granted to frill February. ('has, George Andrew, bridge labourer, Ashhursr. was granted a further extension of time to 13th February. Aaron John Passey appealed for a further extension of time. Mr Oakley, who appeared for appellant, slated (hat Mr Passey was negotiating to join the Aviation Corps, and asked that the appeal he adjourned. The extension was granted. ( PASSED C2.
