ANARCHY IN SOUTHERN RUSSIA.
DEVASTATION AND PLUNDER. ('London Times’ Telegrams.) Received October 30, 8.40 a.rn. LONDON, Oct. 29. An Odessa telegram of yesterday states that complete disorder prevails in the South of Russia, where brigands, provided with bombs, infest the country districts. Peasants’ devastations of landlords’ estates continue incessantly. Government soldiers in the townships are plundering the shops of corn and stores. There are many casualties.
