INVASION OF SOUTHERN BRAZIL.
A GERMAN PLAN. Received October 30, 8.45 a.m. BUENOS AIRES, Oct. 29. A Brazil despatch asserts that the message sent by Count Luxburg when in the Argentine reveals a German plan for an invasion of Southern Brazil. The papers demand publication of the documents, and criticise the Argentine Government s silence. UNREVEALED CORRESPONDENCE. (United Service.) BUENOS AIRES, Oct 28. A correspondent, commenting on the New York - Times’ story, cabled on September 27 states that the' authorities indicate correspondence exists which’is not. yet revealed, but thev are unable to divulge it now because of Congress being in recess.
