ITALIAN GOVERNMENT DEFEATED. Received October 27, 12.35 p.m. ROME, Oct. 26. The Chamber, by 314 to 96, rejected a, vote of confidence in the Government. The fall of the Cabinet has been anticipated for some time. The Premier, Signor Hoselli, is upwards of eighty, and has lost his vigour ; moreover, there is grave dissatisfaction over the food question. A new party, made up of combinations of the Chamber, renders the position of the Ministry precarious. 'I he crisis does not imply any weakening concerning the war.
