GERMAN ATTACKS ON BELGIANS REPULSED. Received October 26. 11.5 a.m. LONDON. Oct. 25. A Belgian East African official message says: companies of Germans, on October 13, twic" attacked a Beltrian detachment entrenched north-east of Littazui village, and south-west of Masemre. _ The enemv v.a s repulsed. A speedy junction of the British and Belgian forces is expected.
