. At the nautical enquiry into the loss of the auxiliary ketch Jane at Okuru on August 25, hold at Hokitika before Mr Hutchison, S.M., and Captain Cox, Greymouth, the' Court found that the signalman Cuttance was not justified in giving the signal to take the bar, and that Captan Vasta was in no way to blame. No order was made as to costs. Tho officers' certificates were returned.
