TRACK WORK. (Pub Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 17. At Trentham this morning work wa b done on the tan gallop. Nystad and Birkcnvalo ran four furlongs in SOsccs; Silver Tongue a mile in 1.45. Greta and Demagogue four furlongs in 51secs, Coldstream and Gouldsoult five in 1.5. Formup 6 furlongs in 1.15. Other horses that galloped the previous morning were given light tasks. Mr T. Qninlivan has arrived with a team of seven, including the Cup horses Ilcndra, Multiply, unci Nottata. .
