PROBABLE REPRESENTATION AT PARIS MILITARY CONFERENCE.

Tho York Times says the Pam Conference is designed to unify the war aims of tin' Entente* Powers and of Russia particularly. The Entente is helping- Russia to regain Ikt fighting efficiency and financial stability. It is believed the Conference discusses plans for a winter campaign, including Anglo-French and Italian drives in the Balkans, where the situation has greatly improved, as a result, of Greece’s adhesion to the Entente, and the consequent strengthening of the Allied armies in Macedonia. The Conference also considers the shortage of tonnage. General Pershing and Admiral .Sims may attend the Conference.
