THE last OF WiNTGEN’S force CAPTURED. (Reuter’s Telegram.) Received October 17, 11.40 a.m. LONDON, Get. 16. Reuter’s special correspondent in East Africa, telegraphing on the 10th, says: “I am now permitted to state that the whole of Wintgen’s force, which was despatched north on a guerilla raid some months ago, lias been captured. 'Hie three leaders who took command after W intgen s surrender have been taken prisoner. The force was strong and well equipped _ with machine, ammunition supplies. A COMING”CONSISTORY.
