COAL CRISIS.

Although the greatest, satisfaction is expressed that the coal dispute has been settled, several days must elapse before conditions are normal. Tight and power restrictions are lifting gradually, and factories will he permitted to resume on Monday. The Navy Department is acting cautiously, and no relaxation is expected until December 7 when the proclamation expires. Shipping requirements will be met after transport: and public utilities linvi been supplied. The tribunal sat in camera and advanced a further stage. Tho miners' representatives have issued instructions for the immediate handling of coal, filling will commence to-morrow. It, is anticipated that the new conditions ,vill increase the price of coal from 2s to 3s l"' 1 ' tu ' ! - ________
