Qualified hunters are those which have qualified in compliance with Part 5 N.Z. Hunts' Association, and the Master's Certificate of qualification must be produced at the scales. In any liandicap the winner of any race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 51bs. In the event of the weather being unfavourable the stewards reserve to themselves the right of postponing- the (moss from time to time, as thoy may deem fit.
