NEW COMMANDER OF HOME FLEET. IBr Euotmo TsLtorurH—Corraion.) (Psb Puss Absocuwojo LONDON, July 23. 'Vice-Admiral Sir J. R. Jelliooe has been appointed to the command of the Home Fleet and Vice-Admiral Sir F. T. Hamilton succeeds him as Second Sea Lord. The Admiralty has decided to extend the commissions of vessels of the first and second fleets from two to three years thereby increasing higher fighting efficiency.
