SMALL ATTENDANCE AT OVERSEAS CLUB CONFERENCE. (P«a Paws Association.) WELLINGTON, July 24. The annual meeting of delegates of the Overseas Club in New Zealand was held today. An address was given by Mr Myers, M.P., who said he realised'more fully than ever the necessity for the development of an Imperial consciousness.
