New clients will also be welcomed. LAND SALE TO-MORROW. We wish to call the attention of our readers and anyone looking for a desirable dairy farm to the sale to be held to-mor-row by Abraham and Williams, Ltd., at the horse bazaar, Rangitikei street, at 1 o'clock, when they will sell the splendid dairy farm of 129 acres in the Dixon's estate. The property has been faithfully farmed and is in good order. There is a large residence and all the necessary outbuildings. This place will no doubt meet with- spirited competition. At the 6amo time they will offer a 50-acre section on the, Rangitikei line, situated about lj miles from the borough boundary. This is a fine piece of land, and being, so closely situated, to the town should command keen bidding.

AUCTION SALES. Harry Palmer and Co. adveitise particulars of a sale of town property which they are holding under the conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court The sale takes place at the firm's rooms, June 11th, at 12 o'clock. An important sale of high-grade Jersey cows and heifers will beVheld by Gor:on and Son, Ltd.. at their Feilding Emporium on Wednesday. 24th' June next, on account of Mr F. Price, of Halcombe. The 26 head to be sold are undoubtedly of exceptional quality and are practically purebred. The heifers are by a son o'f that well known sire Etninents Loubaine, out of high-grade cows. Mr Price's herd is acknowledged to be quite one of the best in this district, and the sale will afford breeders and dairy farmers an opportunity of securing stock of the very best quality. Harry Palmer advertises particulars of his regular market sale, which commences tomorrow. Saturday, at 10.30 prompt. A glance at the advertisement will indicate a very busy day at the mart for ail classes of buyers. The morning will be devoted to produce. Commencing at noon, a big entry of pigs will bo sold, and an exceptionallybig entry of turkeys, cockerels, ducks, including special entries of choice pullets, consisting of white leghorns from famous strains, silver wyandoties, black orpingtons, black minorcas, and oilier breeds. For farmers, there are two ploughs, two sets disc harrows, three, (jigs, good buggy, horse and cow covers, bridles, harness, whips. For those requiring furniture and household sundries the contents of a 5-roomed house removed from Ashhurst for convenience of sale, will be'offered for absolute sale. At 2.30 the firm will sell a 20-25 four-seater Ford motor car in splendid running order. and fitted with head and tail lamps, speedometer, accumulators, and all requisites. The tyres on the car are practically new. Harry Palmer will continue the sale of drapery at 2.30 p.m. to-morrow, when everything will be offered without reserve. The sale will bo continued during next week, and to-morrow week will bo the last day. Mounsey and Co. advertise their usual weekly mart sale on page 8 of this issue. The firm have received extensive entries in the produce and furnishing departments, as a perusal of the list advertised will show, and the auctioneers confidently recommend tli ■ goods as a- good a lot as was ever offer •>1 to tb-j public. This sale will be absqlurdy unreserved, and inspection is cordially invited. On page 8 will be found a specially interesting advertisement inserted by the M.A.C. in reference to a huge auction sale of unredeemed pledges, choice furniture, fruit and vegetables, travellers' samples of crockery, enamelware tinware, bacon and hams, and very large consignment of tiptop poultry and ducks, whwtt swill <bo sold at 2 p.m. The sale will commence at 12 noon prompt at the Exchange Rooms, No. 1 Cuba street.

Competition was keen throughout and we quitted the bulk of the entry.
