SENSATION IN CANADIAN MILITARY CIRCLES.

A 6on6ation ba6 been caused in militia circles by the retirement of Maior Leonard London, Ontario commander of the Battery Field Artillery. The Militia Minister issued recently an order prohibiting alcoholic drinks in all militia camps during training. Major Leonard allowed the regulations to be broken, and the Militia Minister promptly ordered his removal from the command, stating that discipline must at all costs be maintained.
