STRIKE RIOTS AT PITTSBURG.
BATTLE IN THE STREETS. (Bt Electbic Teugraph-Coptbiqht.) (Pkb Pbess Association.) PITTSBURG, Jan. 29. The American Steel Wire Company strikers attacked the police, and several strikers were killed and many injured. The streets were impassable owing to tho riotous crowds. The battle lusted for hours, and included much revolvering. The sheriffs' men finally retreated, leaving the strikers to harangue all through the night. A resumption of violence.is feared, and the militia have been ordered out.
