(Per Pbebs asrootation.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 6. In the Ivingsland case, at the Supremo Court, a new witness, a married woman whoso namo 'was not niado public, 6tated that sho visited Mrs O'Slmighnessy's house, t.hafc accused performed an illegal operation upon Iter winch w r as unsuccessful and that, subsequently she visited witness at her home arid completed the operation. Subsequently witness _ was taken ill and treated at a privato hospital.
