KING MANUEL AGAIN.

The Daily Mail's Paris correspondent reports that the British Minister at Lisbon, has asked -for?.-the immediate despatch o£ a warship, and adds that the Government has -arrested- conspirators Seeking to. re-establish King Manuel on the Throne.

A Government decree provides a penalty for offences against the Provisional Government, and for those spreading false and alarmist reports, also punishment for lack of military discipline. PARIS, Dec. 30. The French newspaper Le Temps states that labour organisations at Lisbon are raising demands impossible of fulfilment.
