Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report as follows:—At Shannon on Friday wo had medium yardings of sheep, cattlc and pigs. The bulk of stock yarded was sold at prices on a par with rccent quotations. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report as follows: —The last sale of the season was held on Friday, when catalogues comprising a total of 2400 bales w y ere offered to a good attendance of buyers. Our catalogue comprised a total of 320 bales, and as is usual at this time of year consisted of very rough back country wool and late shorn lambs. There was good competition for all wools, and pi'ices were fully maintained. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report as follows: — The Associated Brokers held their fifth or supplementary sale on Friday, when some 2400 bales were offered to a large gathering of local fellmongers and shippers, and including some representatives of Home and Continental houses. Bidding was fairly brisk, and the bulk of the lots wore sold at prices quite equal to February sale, considering the quality. Taken as a whole, tHo catalogue was a very unattractive one, containing many rough lots, and the prices obtained must be considered very satisfactory. Owners' prohibitive reserves were largely responsible for the passed-in lots. Dalgety and Company,_ Ltd.. report having received the following cable messages from their London House, under date of tho 10th in6t.: —Frozen Meat. — A good demand exists for all descriptions. Prices for New Zealand lamb aro unchanged, but Australian lamb rules jd higher. Canterbury mutton is firm at last quotations, but New Zealand North Island and Australian are id higher. Prices for beef aro id higher. Wool. — Sales continue firm, and lately reported rates are fully maintained. Continental and English buyers are tho principal operators, American buyers hardly doing anything. Decline is chiefly on crossbred wools, greasy, medium and coarse qualities, suitable for America. Tallow. — Prices are par to 6d higher. Advance is chieflv on low and inferior qualities. Rabbitskins. —New Zealand rabbitskins are 5 ner cent higher, other descriptions 10 to 15 por cent hifrher. Furriers buying freely, oven tho lower qualities. 1270 bales wore offered, and practically all sold.
