Collection boxes in St. Michael's Church again suffered, and the Church of Christ was also entered and collection boxes prised open. In neither case did t-ho thief secure any substantial return. WAIPAWA, March 11. A meeting of ratepayers last night carried an amendment that it was not desirable to take a poll for the completion of the Napier breakwater until Mr George Nelson's scheme bo adequately reported on.
