(PEn Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, March 10. Two church robberies, on similar lines to those reported sonic time ago, have, occurred in this city within the past fortnight. Collection boxes in St. Michael's Church again suffered, and the Church of Christ was also entered and collection boxes prised open. In neither case did t-ho thief secure any substantial return. WAIPAWA, March 11. A meeting of ratepayers last night carried an amendment that it was not desirable to take a poll for the completion of the Napier breakwater until Mr George Nelson's scheme bo adequately reported on.
