Hurdle Races.—The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and for every additional race 71b extra. Hor6es handicapped at Bst 101b and over to carry only half the above penalties. Or, if the handicapper considers it necessary he may increase the above penalties.
