(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Peb Press Association.! BRISBANE, March 10. The Marine Board of Enquiry into the stranding of the steamer Moresby resulted in the captain being severely consured. The Board considered he acted wrongly in entering Cook's Passage, where she was stranded, before daylight, and also in sending the passengers away in boats.
