SUPREME COURT.
(Per Peess Association.) DUNEDIN, Feb. 9
At the Supreme Court two undefended divorce suits, both_ on 'wifes' petitions, obtained rules nisi. These were Murray v. Murray, and Watt v. Watt, for desertion in both cases. In one case it was mentioned that respondent rendered himslf liable to proceedings for bigamy, and had disappeared from Millerton.
