JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. P. Fair (Mr Bagnall) v. Birchley and McHugh, £9 18s 6d. Amount to be paid forthwith, in default ten days' imprisonment. Birchley was given a month in which to pay his share of the amount.
C. Begg and Co. (Mr Innes) v. W. Woolhouse, £8 5s 4d. Ordered to pay forthwith, in default seven days' imprisonment. J. Hurley (Mr Fitzherbert) v. A. Peters, £16 18s. Ordered to pay £5 forthwith, and balance at the rate of £1 a month.
DEFENDED CASE
Malcolm Furnishing Co. (Mr Meatyard) v. W. E. Ward (Mr Cooke) claim'for £1 5s 9d, amount alleged to be owing on some linoleum. After hearing evidence on disputed account, his Worship gave judgment for defendant.
