CRIME IN FRANCE.
Franco lias been stirred by the discovery of two revolting crimes. At Marseilles a- wineseller slow his whole family and killed himself. He shot his mother and cut, the throats bf hie wife and their three children with a razor. At ■ a farm .near Tpnnerre two Swiss cow herds bent on robbery lured a farmer, his wife, and four domestic servants to a cow-house, where all wero slaughtered. The murderers escaped to a nearby forest.
