The 'Socialists and anti-Russian parties were largely . returned at . the Finnish elections; . A German professor's manifesto upon Russian designs against Finnish autonomy has provoked much anger throughout Russia. The Dcfence Committee of the Duma, recommends a flotilla of airships and the acceleration of plans for dealing with the enemies' airships in war time.
