Races 4, 6 and 8 on each day are open to all horses. No deduction will be.made from the advertised stakes. Entries MUST be accompanied by cash, cheque or poet-office order. The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst lOlbs) to carry lOlbs penalty, and for every additional race 61b extra. If handicapped at Bet 101b or over, to carry only half the above penalties.
