(Per Press Association. , ) WELLINGTON, Dec. 1. The Arbitration Court gave judgment in two appeals from Magistrates' decisions. In the first caso the appeal _of the Cooks' and Stewards' Union against the Union Steamship Company in refercnoe to the payment of overtime to the messroom steward who worked on a vessel arriving in a roadstead or port on Sunday or a holiday rind leaving again the same day, was upheld. In the second case, the Tailors' Union v. Kircaldie and Stains, the question was whether the firm had distributed certain work on the "team system."
